of 50% of the total rental. The balance is due one month prior to occupancy. |

and payments are non-refundable. Tenants are advised to consider taking insurance coverage if they feel they may have reason to cancel for any reason. |

| Where reservations are made less than
one month prior to occupancy, payment in full is required. |

| Linens and towels are included; a
second set is provided and for tenants staying longer than one week. China, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. Water and electricity is included in rental rate. |
